for new mammas, Pappas & expecting moms! Easy dance flow, workout and fun!

Cost: €12 per person
Location: Hacketts Bar, 10 Irishtown, Kilkenny. A cute and cozy Cafe/Bar with beautiful and bright space for our class!
No childcare needed — your baby comes with you 🤍 Dance, move, connect and enjoy beautiful moments together while your little one stays close, calm and happy. Our classes are designed for mamas and pappas with babies (and pregnant mamas too 🤰) who want some positive energy, movement and community in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
We’ll dance to easy salsa, bachata and Latin-inspired rhythms with very simple, beginner-friendly movements — no experience needed 💃
These classes are all about: 🤍 bonding with your baby 🤍 boosting mood & happy hormones 🤍 feeling more like yourself again 🤍 meeting other local mums 🤍 joy, rhythm & good energy for both mama and baby Babies love the movement, closeness and music, while mums get a chance to reconnect with themselves, feel feminine, active and supported ✨

Our dance fitness workouts combine Latin-inspired dance moves with full-body cardio exercises to help you burn calories, tone muscles, and boost your mood – all while dancing to great music!
